WHY WE CONDUCT AN EVALUATION

Every municipal problem is unique, some are straightforward and resolved quickly, while others are complex and require significant follow-up and effort. To provide fair and accurate assistance, we start with a detailed evaluation of your issue. This evaluation allows us to assess the complexity, identify necessary steps, and determine the most effective solution tailored to your needs. Clients benefit from this process by gaining expert insights and a clear path forward, even if they choose not to proceed with further services.

WHAT THE SERVICE INCLUDES

Our initial service fee covers:

  • Evaluation: A thorough evaluation of the problem.
  • Communication: Regular communication updates via phone and email.
  • Consultation and expert advice: Providing clients with expert guidance on municipal procedures and best practices.
  • Digital document review and submission: Reviewing client-submitted documents and submitting them electronically to relevant municipal departments when applicable.
  • Remote liaison with municipal representatives: Communicating directly with municipal officials and representatives via phone or email on behalf of the client.
  • Data collection and research: Gathering relevant information and conducting research on municipal regulations and precedents.
  • Guidance for self-service actions: Offering step-by-step support for tasks clients may need to handle themselves (e.g., collecting specific documents or contacting departments).
  • Documentation assistance: Helping clients complete necessary forms and ensuring compliance.
  • Follow-up communication: Sending reminders and follow-ups to keep clients informed and ensure progress.

AFTER THE ASSESSMENT

Following the evaluation, we provide clients with a detailed quotation that reflects the complexity and scope of the problem. In many cases, the initial service fee of R590.00 covers the full resolution. However, for more complex or extensive issues that may require additional work or travel to the municipality, the quotation will specify these added costs. If travel is not necessary, the problem will be addressed remotely. The initial service fee is always deducted from the total if additional costs are necessary.
