MPR (Municipal Problem Resolutions) was established by Sarie Oosthuizen to provide essential support for individuals and businesses facing complex municipal challenges in South Africa. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in municipal operations, Sarie recognised the pressing need for expert assistance in navigating these intricate processes. This inspired her to launch MPR, a dedicated service committed to resolving both new and longstanding municipal issues.
Sarie’s extensive career began at Lephalale Municipality, where she held various positions across departments, ultimately serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Her diverse roles provided her with an unmatched understanding of municipal functions and processes, extending beyond the scope of her formal duties.
To further her expertise, Sarie completed numerous professional courses over the years. In 2015, she joined Bigen Africa as a debt collector for municipal debt in Lephalale. Two years later, she continued her debt collection work with NMS Solutions, managing municipal debts for Thabazimbi, Rustenburg, and Mogale City.
