By registering as a client on the Municipal Problem Resolutions (MPR) database, I agree to the following terms:

1. Registration and Fees: I agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of R240.00 and an evaluation fee of R350.00. I acknowledge that MPR will not commence work on my case until these fees have been received and reflect in their account.
2. Evaluation and Quotation: I understand that MPR will provide a quotation after completing the evaluation. If I accept the quotation and it exceeds the R350.00 evaluation fee already paid, the evaluation fee will be deducted from the total, and I will be responsible for the remaining balance. Most cases are straightforward and do not exceed the initial evaluation fee.
3. Information and Documentation: I agree to provide all necessary information and documents related to my issue to facilitate the evaluation process.
4. Accuracy of Information: If any information I provide to MPR or the municipality is found to be false, misleading, or if I withhold any essential information that may hinder the resolution process, I acknowledge that all fees paid to MPR will be forfeited.
5. Validity of Registration: The registration fee is valid for a period of three (3) years. For more details about our fee structure, please refer to our Fees page.
